OK - the Marathon Pace seems a long way off, but I guess it's something to aim for. The important thing for me seeing those Easy and Long paces in black and white....I must start slowing down on those LSRs!
6/1/2014: I'm away this week where I'll be having to use the gym. I'm hoping to get some kind of LSR in as well as some kind of interval training.
Paces for this on a treadmill should be:
- 10min/mile = 6mph = 9.7kph
- 7min/mile = 8.6mph = 13.8kph
- 6:30min/mile = 9.2mph = 14.85kph
